Common questions
I can’t sign in. What should I check?
- Make sure you are using the correct email address.
- Try the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
- If you use MFA, check that the code hasn’t expired and your device time is correct.
- If you were locked out, wait a few minutes and try again or contact your admin.
I can sign in but I don’t see a menu item or page.
Access is controlled by roles and permissions. Ask your administrator to confirm you have the required access for that page.
The portal says I don’t have permission to edit or save.
Your role may not allow updates. Contact your administrator to request edit access.
An invitation email didn’t arrive.
- Check spam/junk folders.
- Confirm the email address is correct.
- Ask an admin to resend the invitation.
A user is still showing “Pending”.
The user hasn’t accepted their invitation yet. They need to complete the sign-up link sent by email.
A user isn’t showing in the list.
- Clear filters (Status, Role, Search) and try again.
- Ensure you are viewing the correct tenant or organization.
I can’t update my profile details.
- Some fields may be locked by your organization.
- If the Save Changes button is disabled, your role doesn’t allow updates.
My profile photo won’t upload.
- Try a smaller file size.
- Use a common image format such as JPG or PNG.
I was signed out unexpectedly.
Sessions can expire after inactivity. Sign in again; if it keeps happening, notify your admin.
I revoked a session but it still looks active.
Refresh the page. If it persists, wait a minute and check again.
