User Profiles
Review and update your profile details in the Access Control Admin portal.

How to do it
Update your profile
- Open User Profiles.
- Update the fields you need.
- Click Save Changes.
Update your profile photo
- Click Change Avatar.
- Select an image file.
- Save your changes.

Expected outcome
- Your profile changes are saved and visible after refresh.
- Your avatar updates immediately after upload.
Troubleshooting
- Save Changes is disabled: Your role does not allow profile updates. Contact your administrator.
- Email or phone won’t change: Your organization may lock these fields.
- Photo upload fails: Try a smaller file and a common format like JPG or PNG.
